-
Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS): I am mentoring under one of the early senior trainers in the IFS movement.
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): This approach works with the more rational parts of the brain and includes learning important information that is based on research. CBT was a major focus of my Masters program.
-
Solution-Focused Therapy: Focuses on applying successful strategies from your past to your present situation. Masters program.
-
Narrative Therapy: Works directly with the more primitive parts of your brain to reduce pain of prior experiences. Masters program.
-
Exposure Therapy: Works to overcome social anxiety and phobias. Masters program.
